Please return your unwanted goods to us within 14 days. If you would like an exchange send back to us within 28 days. Personalised items will not be accepted unless the personalised text is incorrect or if the item is faulty.

Free return to store: If you've paid by credit or debit card just pop down to one of our JD store nationwide, take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note order paid with Paypal and Apple Pay cannot be returned to store
